Welcome to Cut 21, a sophisticated steakhouse brought to you by Executive Chef Greg Reeves, owner of Viale restaurant in Cambridge, and restauranteur Michael Aldi, owner of Dryft Revere and Fine Line

Located just outside of downtown Boston, directly on Revere Beach and inside the new Ryder apartment complex, we provide an intimate beach-front dining experience with the highest-quality steaks, local seafood, and craft cocktails.  

As the sister restaurant of Dryft Revere, we aim to continue our success in offering exceptional service, a vibrant atmosphere, and a delicious culinary experience to all of our guests.
